We would like to invite you to attend the International Neurosurgical Forum in Siberia that will be a host for 3 events: 6th Russian Congress of Neurosurgery, International Conference on Recent Advances in Neurotraumatology WFNS - ICRAN-2012 and III Russian-Japanese Neurosurgical Symposium «Achievements in neurooncology. Challenges and How to Meet Them».
To hold these events, we have chosen Novosibirsk, one of the largest scientific centers of Russia. This is the city of fastly and successfully developing neurosurgery pioneered by a remarkable doctor and researcher Ksenia I. Kharitonova. It is here that an angioneurological and neurosurgery center at the famed Academician E.N. Meshalkin Research Institute of Circulation Pathology was commissioned in 2009. The center performs over 1000 neurosurgical interventions per year. The International Congress «Heart and Brain» held at Academician E.N. Meshalkin Research Institute of Circulation Pathology in 2010 and attended by specialists from 19 countries provides a convincing demonstration of Novosibirsk researchers’ high scientific and organizational potential.
The upcoming forum will discuss the major challenges of modern neurosurgery and advanced technologies of diagnosing and managing cerebral and spinal disorders.
I am sure that the 6th Russian Congress of Neurosurgery, International Conference WFNS – ICRAN-2012 and the III Russian-Japanese Symposium will become very important events for Russian neurosurgery.
